Production Process

Backlight Assembly

The backlight assembly is key to the screen brightness of interactive display products. This process involves the precise assembly of components such as LED light strips, light guides and reflectors to ensure that the light is evenly distributed and the brightness can be adjusted. In addition, preliminary electrical connections and functional tests are performed to verify the effectiveness of the backlight system.

Light Film Assembly

The light film includes a diffusion film and a brightness enhancement film, which optimizes light distribution and improves display performance. During assembly, our staff will place the light film at the corresponding position of the screen and then make fine adjustments to achieve the best visual effect. After installation, our staff will carefully check whether the surface of the light film is flat, whether there are scratches and bubbles, and whether it fits the screen completely. They will also observe the appearance of the light film from different angles to ensure that there are no defects that affect the display effect.

LCD Panel Assembly

The LCD panel is the core of image display. During the assembly process, our staff need to precisely integrate components such as LCD glass substrates, polarizers and drive circuits to form a fully functional LCD display module.
During assembly, the assembly site must be kept dry and well ventilated, with appropriate temperature and humidity to avoid extreme environments affecting the assembly quality and LCD panel performance. At the same time, dust prevention should be done well, and equipment such as air purifiers can be used to reduce dust particles in the air.

Touch Overlay Assembly

The touch cover plays a vital role in the touch function. The process is generally to laminate a transparent conductive film (such as ITO) to the surface of the LCD panel, and use specialized technologies such as OCA optical adhesive lamination to ensure its flatness and touch sensitivity. During lamination, the thickness uniformity and lamination pressure of the OCA must be strictly controlled to ensure the flatness of the touch cover. At the same time, after lamination, strict touch performance testing and calibration must be carried out to improve touch sensitivity and accuracy by adjusting touch drive parameters and algorithms.

Motherboard Assembly

The motherboard serves as the control center of the interactive whiteboard, integrating various electronic components and interfaces. This process involves installing components like the CPU, memory, storage chips, and interface circuits on the motherboard, and conducting soldering and debugging to ensure the motherboard functions properly and works seamlessly with other components.

Powerboard Assembly

The power board ensures a stable power supply to the interactive whiteboard. This process involves assembling components like transformers, rectifiers, and filters on the power board, and conducting electrical connections and testing to ensure stable and safe power output.

Aging Test

Aging test is essential to verify the reliability and durability of the product. In this process, the interactive whiteboard components are placed in a specific test environment for a long period of continuous operation. During the operation, our staff will continuously monitor the performance indicators of the interactive whiteboard, such as temperature, voltage, current, signal strength, etc. At the same time, the interactive whiteboard will be observed for malfunctions, such as freezing, restarting, screen distortion, touch failure, etc.

Warehouse for Storage

Products that have passed the aging test will be temporarily stored in the warehouse. Warehouse managers must classify, label and store products according to the prescribed procedures to ensure product safety and traceability. At the same time, managers must conduct regular inventory and inspections to prevent product damage or loss.

Package Room

The packing area is the last step before the product is shipped. Here, workers will pack the interactive whiteboard according to the customer's order requirements. The packaging materials used are generally shock-proof foam, cartons, and tapes to protect the product during transportation. When the packaging work is completed, the product will be labeled and recorded, and then it will be ready to be shipped to the customer's designated location.
